• Select your preferred type of home: 1BR, 1BR+Den, 2BR, 2BR+Den, or 3BR+Den in order of preference

• Sign and date the Reservation Agreement 

• Mail the agreement along with your check for $500 to the address listed at the bottom of the form to: Estoria Cooperative Laketown

• To pay by credit card please call 612.874.2000

• A reservation priority number will be assigned to you

• The reservation agreement will be signed by an Estoria Cooperative Representative and a copy will be emailed or mailed back to you along with a copy of your check for your records
